Forcefully prod it is significant on entirely actualizing the targets of well-off society and rich ,civilized and harmonious new Qinghai , satisfying the people＇s spiritual culture demands that are increasing by daily , improving the whole society or the masses＂ civilization qualities , and on accelerating the society to be in harmony and stability . |
