人文与科学并重：《国风》抵抗日本侵略的救亡主张

《国风》创办于九一八事变之后,终刊于全面抗战爆发的前夕1936年.其作者主要是柳诒徵、张其昀、竺可桢、秉志等身处南京、上海等地的东南学人.他们在国难非常时期,积极投身公众领域,围绕《国风》提出了人文与科学并重的救亡主张,尽到了他们"对于国家之应尽责任".《国风》认为日本对华侵略不会仅满足于东北三省,其对中国的全面侵略必将爆发.对此中国必须发扬固有文化,振兴民族精神;开展独立的科学研究,提高国力;注重加强国人的国家观念,动员民众,以巩固国防.与北方的《独立评论》相比,《国风》或有不及之处,但它的救亡主张注意到了民族文化与广大民众对民族救亡的重要,这又是其独特所在,也是其优于前者的地方.

The equal importance on the humanities and sciences: the protest of Guofeng on the Japanese invasion

After the September 18th incident,a group of scholars such as Liu Yi-zheng,Zhang Qi-yun,Zhu Ke-zhen,Bing Zhi etc.who mainly worked in Nanjing,Shanghai,began to take part in the public sphere.They published a kind of journal named Guofeng until 1936.Surrounded the saving protest,they insisted that the Japanese invasion war didn't satisfied with the Northeast,but would be extended.Therefor,the government didn't only develop traditonal culture,but need to found national science research.What's more,should strengthen national ideas and defence.To some extent,perhaps Guofeng coulden't compare to Independent Review,but it's preface was that paid more attention on national culture and Chinese people.
