关于陕西发展观光农业的研究

观光农业以其较好的经济效益和社会效益,成为我国各地竞相发展的朝阳产业。本文结合陕西实际和观光农业发展的一般规律,并借鉴国内外的发展经验,提出了陕西发展观光农业应遵循的基本原则:统一规划,合理布局;突出特色和文化内涵;因地制宜;可持续发展;循序渐进。

A STUDY ON DEVELOPING TOURISM AGRICULTURE IN SHAANXI PROVINCE

Sightseeing agriculture is a just beginning industry in China. The ind ustry has developed rapidly because of its higher economic and social benefit. A s a big tour and agriculture province, Shaanxi has obvious advantage to develop its sightseeing agriculture, but falls far behind other provinces and regions. T he administration has neither guides, nor plan and policies. The sightseeing agr iculture developed by non-government organizations and businesses is not advance d and problematic. In view of the above-mentioned facts, the author studied situ ation in Shaanxi province and the development of foreign sightseeing agriculture and put forward the basic principles to follow to develop Shaanxi's sightseeing agriculture as follows: comprehensive plan and rational distribution; focusing on characteristics and tapping culture connotation; following in order and advan cing step by step; sustainable development; suiting measures to local conditions . The distribution choice of sightseeing agriculture should be focused on local traffic condition, agriculture situation, natural resources, folk culture condit ion and so on. The patterns of organization and development are as follows: peas ant house stock system; company and peasant house stock system; company and econ omic cooperation organization and peasant house, etc.
