知识经济对山东省产业发展与结构调整的启示

本文简要论述了"知识经济"的由来、特征和与产业发展的关系;分析了山东省产业发展的现状、面临的形势与困难及存在的问题,在此基础上提出了面向知识经济的山东省产业发展及结构调整的对策措施,即大力发展高科技产业、以高科技改造传统产业、大力发展现代化农业、加大开放力度以充分利用经济全球化的有利时机以及加快知识创新体系建设、加速人才培养和引进。

ENLIGHTENED ON THE INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE OF SHANDONG PROVINCE BY KNOWLEDGE-ECONOMY

This paper concisely discusses the origin, characteristic and the relationship with the industrial development. It analyzes the situation, difficulties and problems that Shandong province confronted during the adjustment of the industrial structure. On the base of this, we put forward the steps that we should take to prove the industrial development and adjustment of structure in the knowledge economy era. All the steps are as follows: carry out the high tech industry in large-scale; rebuild the traditional industry with the high tech; carry out the modern agriculture in large scale; increase the open strategy to make use of the useful situation of global economy; quicken the structure of knowledge innovation structure and accelerate the foster, indraught of intellect.
