| 摘 要： | 本文以共和(统一)、国民(同盟会)两党为个案,探寻民初政党经费来源。研究表明:政党经费收支的制度设计是相当完善的,但制度设计者们在不断的消解制度边界。以经费为纽带,袁世凯政权对政党的渗透过程,实则也是各党主动靠近的过程。当经费依赖于某一政治势力时,政党价值取向与路径选择必将偏离其政治纲领。
