| 摘 要： | 20世纪40年代,为了切实掌握新疆的地方政权,中国国民党坚持在新疆建立自己的省党部组织。显然,这种行为触犯了盛世才等新疆地方统治者的利益,最终引起了他们与南京政府之间反复而激烈的斗争。在这一时期,随着国民党对新疆渗透的持续加强,南京政府终于夺取了对新疆的实际统治权力,从而使国民党新疆省党部进入了一个全新的发展时期。
