| 摘 要： | 本文论述吴卓信《汉志补注》的地名学价值，主要有两个方面：一是关于地名用字，吴氏有一系列独到的见解，指出了地名用字的同音通假现象；二是指正前贤的许多地名错误，有的非常精辟，仅《汉志》本文他就指正了12处，今中华书局标点本《汉书》尚未完全吸收其正确意见。

| Abstract: | The book Supplemental Notes on the Geographical Records of the Han History, written by Wu Zhuoxin, has the values in two aspects. One is that it has revealed the phenomenon of terms with same pronunciation used in toponymy. Another is that it has corrected many wrong toponyms, which has not been adopted completely by the modern edition the Chronicles of the Han Dynasty edited by Zhonghua Book Company. |
