随着津浦铁路安徽段、江南铁路、淮南铁路的相继建成通车,铁路成为了联系安徽与东南大都市的重要交通纽带。同时,各铁路当局积极开展了对铁路沿线旅游资源的调查与宣传,适时采取多种便利旅游的措施,以及众多民国名人现身安徽铁路沿线风景名胜区所产生的影响力,使得安徽近代旅游业在铁路的推动下得以萌发并有所发展。

With the building of Anhui section of Jinpu Railway,Jiangnan railway and Huainan railway,the railway system has become an important transporting network connecting Anhui and some big eastsouthern cities.The local railway bureaus took various positive measures to investigate and propagate the exploration of tourism industry along the railway lines.At the same time,some famous people in Republic China also had some influence on places along Anhui railway lines through their own traveling experience.Thus the railway system of modern Anhui has promoted the beginning and the initial development of tourism industry at modern times.
