| 摘 要： | 各界人民代表会议搭建了社会各界政治参与的平台,生动诠释了人民民主政权建构的理念。代表资格的设定凸显了政权的人民性特征,直接民主与间接民主相结合的代表产生方式彰显了人民民主的特色,既涵盖了社会各界,又充分照顾到各党派、各个社会团体,证实了各革命阶级联合专政的政权特质。借助各界人民代表会议这个平台,各界代表参与国家事务管理,表达民众的意见和要求,行使了人民主权。各界代表政治参与的生动实践丰富了人民民主的意涵,催生了中国特色民主政治的成长。
