| 摘 要： | 考察陶侃的生平及陶氏家族兴衰的过程，可为了解两晋之际的政治文化尤其是东晋门阀政治提供一新的视角。陶侃以武功崛起于两晋之际，并一度成为政坛举足轻重的人物，但陶氏家族的寒门地位并未有根本之改变，其作为庶族武装力量的兴起只是一个特例，而它的中衰才具有某种必然性。
