清代呼伦贝尔地区的两次移民与得失

入清以后由于监控蒙古和防御沙俄的需要，呼伦贝尔地区成了举足轻重的战略要地。清朝先后两次向这里移民，第一次在雍正年间，第二次于光绪末年。两次移民对呼伦贝尔地区都具有历史性的意义，本所探讨的虽然只是清代呼伦贝尔地区的移民，但其中所反映出的人地关系问题，于今也有一定借鉴作用。

Twice immigrations into the Hulunbeier area during the Qing Dynasty and the gains and losses

After the founding of the Qing Dynasty, because of the needs for keeping watch on and controlling Mongolia as well as guarding against intrusion by the tsarist Russia, the Hulunbeier area became an strategic region with a decisive position, the Qing Dynasty had twice organized immigrations into the Hulunbeier area , the first was undertaken during Emperor Yongzheng's reign, and the second, in the last year of Emperor Guangxu's reign. The twice immigrations both possessed historic significance to the Hulunbeier region. Although this article only makes a discussion on the immigrations into the Hulunbeier area in the Qing Dynasty, however, the question of man-localoty relations reflected in the immigrations is still significant for today's people.
