郑州市站马屯西遗址新石器时代遗存

站马屯西遗址位于郑州市十八里河镇站马屯村西南,北距郑州市区约5公里。一条被当地人称为干沟(河)的古河道,自西南向流向东北,将站马屯村一分为二(图一)。1984年,河南省文物研究所等曾在村东区发掘,出土的主要遗存属龙山文化和东周时期1]。因南水北调工程的主干渠从该遗址西部经过,

The Excavation of the Neolithic Remains at Zhanmatun Locus West in Zhengzhou City,Henan

In 2006 through 2007,rescue coring test and excavations were conducted to Zhanmatun Locus West,a Neolithic site located in Zhengzhou City,Henan Province.The remains of the Neolithic Age recovered in the excavations were very rich and could be divided into three phases: Phase Ⅰ belonged to the Phase Ⅱ of Yangshao Culture,Phase Ⅱ belonged to the Phase Ⅲ of Yangshao Culture,or Qinwangzhai Phase and Phase Ⅲ belonged to the Phase Ⅳ of Yangshao Culture,or Miaodigou Phase Ⅱ Culture in the transitional stage from Yangshao Culture to Longshan Culture.The excavations to Zhanmatun Locus West refined the chronology and periodization of the Yangshao Culture in Zhengzhou area and provided important materials for the reexamination of the cultural genealogies of Yangshao Culture and Miaodigou Phase Ⅱ Culture.
