新时期中国脑力劳动者收入问题研究

新时期以来中国脑力劳动者收入状况,可以从三个角度进行分析:同脑力劳动者阶层自身比较,收入普遍有了提高;同体力劳动者比较,脑力劳动者收入的变化先后经历了典型的脑体倒挂、一般的脑体倒挂、脑体正挂三个阶段;在脑力劳动者阶层内部比较,收入增长极不平衡。这些状况出现的原因,可以从生产力、生产关系、上层建筑等方面进行分析。效率和公平的关系问题是社会主义的核心问题,我们应从这样的高度正确认识和对待脑力劳动者收入问题。
