王茂荫人才思想探析

摘    要:依据新发现的史料,作者在前人研究基础上,对王茂荫的人才思想作了进一步研究.作者研究认为:王茂荫衡量人才的标准是"才、学、识、存心"四个方面;看待人才的眼光是人才"世所不乏"、"用人尤重";培养人才的目的是"蓄以待用","以济实用";选拔人才的原则是"唯才是举"、"用贵得人".

Abstract:According to the newly discovered historical materials, the author on the base which the predecessors study has further researched Wang Mao-yin's thought about talents. After a long time research, the author believes that: Wang Mao-yin's standards about weighing talented person are the talent, the diligence, the experience and the morals.Not lacking the talents is one of the judgment about talentes,choosing an appropriate person is the other. Suitable time, using suitable talented person when needed is the goal of fostering talents.The principle of selecting talented person is the capacity.
