试论环渤海物流网络的形成与运作

在简述物流发展背景与研究现状的基础上,作者界定了物流网络的概念与研究地域的范围,并且分析了环渤海物流网络的构成。同时作者仔细探讨了环渤海物流网络的形成机制和运作模式,通过分析,作者认为网络轮廓-海陆地域形状、网络节点-城市、网络联线-运输通道、网络能量-区域经济和运作主体-物流企业等五个要素共同作用而形成了物流网络,其运作由运作模块、驱动模块和调控模块组成。最后作者提出了相应的发展对策。

THE FORMATION AND OPERATING MODEL OF THE LOGISTICS NET IN THE REGION AROUND BOHAI SEA

Now the quick development of the logistics economy already became an important economic developing trend. In this article, the author firstly analyzed the developing ground and studying situation about logistics economy in China and foreign country, especially in the geographic field. Then the author analyzed the conception of the logistics and logistics net, which is an important organization model of the logistics economic factors in the terrain, and the author ascertained the terrain scope of the studying subject, including 3 provinces and 2 cities, namely the logistics net in the region around Bohai Sea. The composition of the logistics net is the important content in this article. Through analyzing the composition of the logistics net in the region around Bohai Sea, the author concluded that the important composing part includes the transportation system (which includes the railway transportation, road transportation, the port transportation and air transportation), logistics center system (which includes the logistics center and logistics center city), storage system and urban distribution system (the stress of which is the electronic commerce). In this article the author analyzed simply the moving regulation of the logistics economic factors and the author take the formation mechanism of the logistics net in the region round Bohai Sea as the studying subject. Furthermore, the author discussed the running model of the logistics net in the region round Bohai Sea and concluded that the running model should include the running part, the controlling part which include the competition, conflict and union, harmony and the driving part which includes the regional economic strength and urban economic strength. In the part of the running part of the logistics net, the author considered that the running part mainly mean the transportation net and storage net and should apply the model of the dragonhead the main body the blood skeleton the core, namely apply the model of the port transportation railway transportation road transportation including the national road and high way the urban distribution. In the final, the author put forward the policy in order to accelerate the development of the logistics net in the region round Bohai Sea, including the part of the information building about the port, the building of the logistics center, the development of the urban distribution, the reformation of the storage management and the improving of the logistics system.
