| 摘 要： | 旅游资源价值评估是近年来国内外学者研究的热点与难点问题。旅游资源总价值由使用价值与非使用价值构成。本文在旅游资源总价值分类的基础上，构建出旅游资源总价值的估算方案，并选用收益还原法与条件价值法对黄山风景区旅游资源的使用价值与非使用价值进行量化，得到2008年黄山风景区旅游资源价值总量为1567．74亿元。研究中所构建的方法体系可为实现旅游资源总价值货币化估算提供技术路径参考。

| Abstract: | In recent years, evaluating total value of tourism resources is a hot topic discussed by both domestic and international researchers. The total value of tourism resources is composed of direct use value and indirect use value. Based on the categorization, this study built up a technical route to estimate the total value of tourism resources. By using income capitalization approach and contingent valuation method,it calculated the touristic value of Huangshan Mountain scenic spot and found that it was about 156774 million RMB in 2008. This study also provided an effective theoretical support and technical guidance for achieving a monetary estimation of the total value of tourist resources. |
