| Abstract: | The key of the debate of the theories of Ao capital and Zheng Bo of Zhengzhou Shang city mainly lies on the four factors, i. e. the beginning time, location recorded by the ancient documents, ambience and learning system. Compared with the two opinions, the author thinks that the theory of Ao capital is more reasonable. |
