台湾地区旅游质量满意度的实证研究

摘    要:本文研究了台湾居民对台湾当地休闲旅游的整体质量表现的满意程度。研究结果发现,若单以景点来看,游客对景点的满意度达到中上程度;如果考虑了交通、住宿、餐饮等因素以后,满意程度反而降低。这表明,台湾地区旅游相关配套设施仍有很大的发展与改进空间。
