| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代末期,由于金融危机影响和社会发展需要,我国高等教育开始扩招,时至今日,又一次金融危机来袭,我国高等教育面临规模调控。高等教育规模的发展,应选择内涵发展与外延发展相结合的路径,实现持续发展。
