| 摘 要： | 明清时期，中国沿海地区很多居民以不同方式纷纷移居和开发中国近海海岛，使中国近海海岛的开发由传统单一的开发模式开始向以渔业、农业、海上走私贸易等为主的多样并举的开发模式转变。本文对明清时期海岛的开发模式进行了探讨，并就海岛开发模式的差异性及原因提出一些自己的看法。

| Abstract: | In the periods of Ming and Qing Dynasties, many inhabitants living along the costal regions migrated in and developed the sea islands. This makes sea islands develop from traditional unitary model into an opening-up model of diversity with fishery, agriculture and smuggle trade. This paper discusses the island development model in the periods of Ming and Qing Dynasties and puts forward some opinions about the otherness of sea islands development. |
