| 摘 要： | 1920年海原地震是我国近代史上波及范围最广、死亡人数最多的一次地震,1921年北京政府派出调查组赴灾区实地考察。此次地震的救灾工作未能完全防止次生灾害的发生,因而造成重大损失。在灾难面前,政府、社会组织、媒体以及广大民众表现不一。海原大地震及赈灾救灾的过程,有很多经验、教训、启示值得我们借鉴。

| Abstract: | Haiyuan Earthquake of 1920 was the widest-spread earthquake in modern Chinese history and caused the most casualties.Beijing government sent a delegation to investigate the disaster in 1921.But the relief of this earthquake did not prevent the sub-disaster,so it caused very great damage.Faced with the disaster,the government,NGOs,news media and the common people's behavior were different.Haiyuan Earthquake and the relieve process provided us a lot of experiences,lessons and enlightenment. |
