Bingham;is professor of public administration and urban studies, and senior research scholar in the Urban Center at the Levin College of Urban Affairs, Cleveland State University. His latest books include Theories of Economic Development, edited with Robert Mier (Sage, 1993);Managing Local Government, authored with other Levin College faculty (Sage, 1991);and Local Government in a Changing Society (McGraw-Hill, 1991), with David Hedge. He is founding editor of the journal, Economic Development Quarterly. William M. Bowen;is assistant professor of public administration and urban studies in the Levin College of Urban Affairs. He is a regional analyst who has published primarily in the fields of economic development, environmental decisionmaking, public administration, regional science, and analytical methodology. He is currently on leave as visiting scholar at the Institute of Public Affairs Management, National Sun Yat-Sen University, Taiwan. |
