清代河西走廊在水利开发取得一定成就的同时，一些不足与积弊也日益显现，主要表现为水规不尽完善、水官徇私舞弊、奸民乱法违规、水规执行不力、水利技术落后、森林破坏水源日稀等。诸多积弊的出现，直接影响到河西走廊水利事业的发展。

Exploration and Analysis of Long-standing Malpractices in Qing Dynasty Hexi Corridor Water Conservancy Development - Using Local Records as Key Reference Materials

In Qing Dynasty,at the same time when certain achievements were made at Hexi Corridor water conservancy development,some deficiencies and long-standing malpractices became more and more apparent.These turned up as imperfect regulations on water conservancy,favoritism and embezzlements by water conservancy officials,breaking of laws and regulations by villains,ineffective enforcement of water conservancy regulations,backward water conservancy techniques,and destruction of forests and rarer and rarer water sources.The appearances of so many long-standing malpractices directly affected the development of water conservancy causes in the Hexi Corridor.
