| Abstract: | The development of the French Quadristatic Incoherent Scatter Facility is briefly discussed, and measurements of winds and temperatures over Nançay (47°N, 2°E) in August 1974, and Mende (44°N, 3°E) during October 1975 and January 1976 are presented. |
