法治视野下的行政体制改革

将行政体制改革纳入法治化轨道,依法推进改革进程,破解行政体制改革中遇到的深层次体制性障碍,是实施依法治国、建设现代法治国家的重要内容。本文从行政体制改革与法治的关联性入手,分析了现行行政体制法治建设中的问题,说明行政法治是行政体制改革的制度保障,并提出构建保障行政体制改革的完整法律规范体系的设想。
