| Abstract: | The paper, in a form of the combination of words and figures, visually argued the dynamic trends of the exploitation of Tumen river, the functions of the region as an in- ternational center of goods flow and a transport pivot, the spatial procsess of industrial development, a primary design of the population distribution and the evolution of the urban system in the area. |
