| 摘 要： | 中国是世界物大国之一，然百余年来，中国多次受西方列强入侵，其问不计其数的物被掠夺和毁损，大量珍贵物流失海外。近年，世界范围内物被盗及非法出口现象严重，我国也不例外。由于物法规不健全，拍卖市场不规范以及执法不严，物仍以惊人数量流失。为保护祖国化遗产，我国在加强打击物犯罪的同时，也日益关注海外流失物的追索和回购。
