| Abstract: | The postal and telegraphic services were initiated by Liu Ming chuan in modern Taiwan,which was the beginning of postal and telegraphic services in modern China.The creation of the two services played a positive role in developing Taiwan economy and enhancing the exchanges and communications between Taiwan and the Mainland of China,therefore made significant contributions to Taiwan modernization. |
