旅游企业学习能力体系的实证研究

摘    要:随着旅游企业竞争日趋激烈,学习能力成为旅游企业获取持续竞争优势的关键所在.本文在文献研究基础上,通过问卷调查,对旅游企业学习能力体系进行了实证研究.研究表明: 旅游企业学习能力体系涵盖内部学习与外部学习两个层面,内部学习能力由学习承诺、共享愿景、管理人员的开放心智、组织内部知识共享4个成分构成;外部学习能力由被动学习、客户学习、供应商学习、竞争对手学习4个成分构成.

Abstract:Competition in tourism industry is getting fiercer,and organizational learning capability,in this war,has been realized as the key to hold lasting competitive edge.The author reviewed the related literatures,made a questionnaire survey,and did an empirical study of organizational learning capability systems of these enterprises.The results suggest that the system of tourism enterprises' organizational learning capability consists two levels,namely internal and external learning capabilities.Internal learning capability is composed of organizational learning commitment,shared vision,open-mindedness of managers and intraorganizational knowledge sharing,while the external is composed of passive learning,customer learning,supplier learning and rival learning.
