| 摘 要： | 本文从电力市场化改革的目标、途径、市场建设、电价、监管、立法、操作过程等几个方面,归纳总结了日美欧各国电力市场化改革的共性和经验,并且指出了存在的问题,最后在借鉴的基础上,提出了深化我国电力市场化改革的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This dissertation summarizes the commonness and experience of the renovation to Japanese,American and European electric power markets from many aspects of electricity markets renovation,such as target,approach,constructing of markets,price,supervision,lawmaking and process of operation.It also indicates the existing problems.Finally,basing the reference,it puts forward the policy suggestions of deepening the renovation of Chinese electric power markets. |
