魏晋南北朝时期淮河流域的商业和城市

在魏晋南北朝时期，战争频繁，淮河流域商业遭到了严重破坏。但在各个战争间歇阶段，尤其自进入南北朝时期以后，南北政权统治区内的商业又有不同程度的恢复。南北双方间还存在着边境互市和以流域为中介地的聘访换货的贸易关系。商品交换媒介是谷帛、钱币并用。从总体上看，军事、政治成分重于经济是这一时期淮河流域城市的突出特点，但自进入南北朝时期以后，淮河流域城市的经济成分明显增长。
