| Affiliation: | MARTIN CONVISSER is the Director of the Office of Environmental Affairs In the U.S. Department of Transportation. In this and previous positions over the past seven years, he has had responsibility for policy development and program oversight with respect to natters relating to transportation and the environment, including, implementation of the National Environmental Policy Act. He was previously Deputy director of the Office of Planning and Program Review in DOT, and earlier served as an analytic in the Office of Management and Budget. Mr. Convisser is a Fellow of the National Institute of Public Affairs. |
