目前，方志理论的研究出现百家争鸣局面。文章择其资料性与著述性，继承传统与体裁创新，述而不作与述而有作，改革开放集中记述与分散记述，生不立传与人物简介，特载、专记设与不设，突出地方特色升格与不升格，第二轮志书是否复载前志内容等相互对立的理论观点，分析形成发展过程、二者关系、争鸣视角。

Random Talks on Some Opposing Local Records Theories and Views and Their Dialectical Relationship

Currently,research on local records theories is in a situation wherein a hundred schools of thoughts contend with each other.This article chooses to focus on opposing theories and views such as local records’ nature as reference materials or as creative works,inheriting traditions and being innovative with styles,narration with or without creative works,centralized or separate accounts of reform and opening up,writing no biography for the living person and brief introduction of personage,the inclusion or exclusion of special accounts,whether to upgrade highlighting local features or not,and whether or not to include contents from the former local records in the continued local records.The process of formation and development of the above mentioned,their relationship,and contentious perspectives are analyzed to lay out the views of the author for further discussions with local records compilation colleagues.
