关于第二轮志书记述风俗的探讨

目前出版的一些第二轮志书在风俗记述上存在许多问题：一是名称不确定，主要表现为对风俗、风尚、习俗、民俗、礼俗、时尚、风土等概念认识、理解上的模糊和差异；二是风俗内容缺漏，有的无风俗篇目，有的无风俗内容，有的缺少类项，致使风俗内容单薄；三是生产习俗多记述的是农业生产；四是风俗类事象与相近事物关系不明确、处理不当。第二轮志书应以“风俗”为类目名称，以集中反映地域风俗全貌为前提，借鉴现代民俗学内容分类理论，结合地方志书体例，力求全面、科学地记述地域风俗。

Discussions about the Recording of Customs in Second-round Local Records

Currently there are many problems with the recording of customs in some second-round local records being published: firstly imprecise names,mostly shown as ambiguity and differences of realization and understanding of concepts such as customs,trends,habitudes,folk customs,etiquette,fashion,and natural conditions; secondly missing or omission of customs contents,some without chapters and sections on customs,some without customs contents,some lack of categories and items; thirdly production customs are mostly recorded as related to agricultural production; and fourthly unclear relations and inappropriate treatment of customary items and related subjects. Second-round local records should use "customs"as the name of category,and strive to record regional customs comprehensively and scientifically on the premise of collectively reflecting the full picture of regional customs,borrowing from content classification theories from modern customs studies in combination with local records styles.
