On the Formation of the Three Represents

The important thinking of the Three Represents formed after a long period of preparation. The Three Represents embody Jiang Zemin's strategic wisdom in correctly grasping developments in the contemporary world and a series of changes in Chinese society.They are a scientific summation of our Party's 80 years of struggle, and especially the past 20 and more years of implementing reform and opening up. They are a searching consideration of the rise and fall of certain political parties and an ideological crystallization of the stem challenges facing our Party in power. They are the most recent fruit of a creative continuation and development of Marxism Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and especially Deng Xiaoping Theory.
