中华传统文化中的治国理念

中国几千年的传统文化中形成了一套独特的政治理念，有诸多符合中国人文化观念的治国理政方法和经验。本文从“世界大同”、“以德治国”、“中庸之道”、“水能载舟，亦能覆舟”、“物极必反，盛极必衰”、“无为而治”、“韬光养晦”、“治大国如烹小鲜”八个方面来谈包涵在这些传统智慧中的治国理念。将传统中国理想化的、有文化的、深入人心的一套治国理政观念，结合现代法治、监督、民本的政治观念，形成现代中国的政治文明。

The Governance Conceptions in Traditional Chinese Culture

A unique set of governance conceptions have formed in Chinese culture over the past thousands of years, which correspond well with Chinese culture and contain rich experiences in administration. The article studies these governance conceptions from eight aspects： ＂one world＂, ＂rule of the country by virtue＂, ＂the doctrine of the mean＂, ＂Water being able to keep the ship afloat or sink it＂, ＂a thing goes to the opposite direction when it reaches the acme＂, ＂governing by doing nothing that goes against nature＂, ＂cultivating your abilities while biting your time＂, and ＂governing a country being like cooking a dish＂. It is advised to integrate the traditional idealized, cultivated and popularized governance conceptions with the modern political conceptions of legality, supervision and people-oriented target so as to form the modern political civilization in China.
