| 摘 要： | 本文以可持续发展的观点,分析了在现代市场经济条件下城市规划中的社会公平性问题的表现形式;并通过建立分析模型,借助地理信息系统的空间分析功能对规划用地中的公平性问题进行了探讨性的分析研究;文中还就苏州工业园区为例,介绍了其规划中的公平性问题处理的成功经验,最后强调了城市规划中对规划公平问题重视的重要性。 |

| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of sustainable development, the paper analyses the several styles of social equality in modern urban planning. By building the analysis model and using the spatial analysis of GIS, the paper inquires into the social equality in urban land use planning. All of the analysis models are shown by the example of Suzhou Industrial Park. Finally, some short conclusions are made. |
