外资流动的动力学研究——以广东省为例

资本流动受推力、引力和阻力作用,在空间上先向中心城市和交通干线集聚,然后沿城市体系和交通干线作"蛙跳"式、点线式推进,最后向乡村面状扩散。资本流动对流入地区产生正负两方面的影响。投资环境建设和引资工作应针对不同阶段资本流动的特点和驱动因素,采取相应的政策,调控外资流动,减少负面影响,使利用结构合理化。

A DYNAMICS STUDY ON FOREIGN CAPITAL FLOWS

Affected by driving force of surplus capital,attraction of investment environment and obstruction of flow,foreign capital flows through three stages. Firstly,they concentrate on center cities or along main roads,then spread along urban system and artery traffic. Finally,they diffuse into countryside. Foreign capital flows benefit as well as harm to their host countries. On one hand,they promote economic development,show advanced technology and management,increasing employment. On the other hand,they monopolize some market of host country,enlarge regional disparity. So,according to different stage of foreign capital flows and different driving factors,we take different policies for investment environment construction and foreign investment import so that foreign investment can distribute in industrial structure and regional structure more reasonably. In case study,we found foreign capital flows stay in concentrate stage in Guangdong province. Most of foreign investment concentrate in Zhujiang Delta,especially Guangzhou and Shenzheng city. In recent years,foreign investments in fringe areas drop down. In the west Zhujiang Delta,it flows from Shenzheng to Huizhou and Dongguan city.
