青花瓷器产地判别研究

摘    要:本项研究以江西省景德镇、云南省玉溪、建水、福建省平和的青花瓷器为主,结合香港清代碗窑以及德国、日本、泰国的现代青花瓷器,用能量色散X射线荧光(EDXRF)分析方法,在无损的情况下对其元素含量进行分析,得到了Ti、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ga、Pb、Rb、Sr、Y、Zr13个元素的含量结果。用主成分分析方法对数据进行处理,利用第1主成分、第2主成分、第3主成分在三维座标系中绘制散点图,所得类群关系与已知情况完全相符。研究结果表明本文的研究方法可用于青花瓷器的产地判别。

Abstract:Jingdezhen, acity of Jiangxi, was the main production site for blue and white porcelain in an-cient China. The other sites such as Yuxi and Jianshui in Yunnan and Pinghe in Fujian are also as famous as Jingdezhen for the production of blue and white porcelain in ancient China. The aim of our research is to discriminate the origin of the blue and white porcelain in ancienf China. We also used modern porcelain samples from Germany, Japan and Thailand as well as Wanyao, s samples from Hong Kong in our experiment. Energy Dispersive X - Ray Fluorescence (EDXRF) which is a non - destructive testing method was used to analyse trace element concentration of porcelain samples. We used 13 elements as listed below for the analysis: Ti, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn,Ga, Pb, Rb, Sr, Y and Zr. Principal COmponent Analysis from SAS was used to analyse the concentration result. Principal 1, Principal 2 and Principal 3 generated from the analysis was used to draw a 3D Scatter Plot. The scatter points formed different clusters that were as same as its o-rigin. The result of our research illustrates that we can use this method for blue and white porce-lain origin discrimination.
