| 摘 要： | 金元两代是中国历史上城市行政管理发生重要变革的时期,其重要特点在于对不同等级的治所城市实行专门行政管理。元代则省并了州府治所城市司候司,保留了两都警巡院、路府治所城市录事司。元世祖至元三十年(1293年)则拥有103个录事司管理100个城市。本文考察了录事司建置演变、行政职能、废弃过程及103个录事司建置的具体路府治所。

| Abstract: | Jin and Yuan Dynasty is the important period about the evolution of urban management system in China history . An important symbol was the special administration departments on cities at different levels of Zhisuo cities. In Yuan dynasty Sihou-si of Zhoufu Zhisuo cities were mergered , Liangdu’Jingxunyuan and Zhoufu Zhisuo cities’Lushi-si were reserved.Yuanshizu Zhiyuan 30(AD1293) 103 Lushi-si managemented 100 cities.This paper aims to study the transformation of Lushi-si' establishment ,administrative function,abandoned process,and the Lufu Zhisuo of 103 Lushi-si' establishment. |
