| 摘 要： | 本文从分析目前国际、国内和广西区内经济发展状况入手,指出随着北海市铁山港工业区的大规模开发,南康镇遇到了千载难逢的发展机遇,同时也面临着强大的挤压力和严峻挑战。同时,还对南康镇发展的潜力、优势和存在的问题进行了评估,据此,提出了南康镇开放与发展的战略构想以及为实现这一战略目标的中远期对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The Paper analysed the condition of economic development both abroad and domestic, indicated that Nankuang Town was encountering a golden opportunity along with the exploitation of Tieshan Port industrial area in Beihai city, but it also faced the strong extruding power and severe challenge. The developmentPotentiality and advantages as well as disavantages of Nankuang Town were evaluated, its strategic conception of openness and development as well as relevant middle-term and long-term countermeasures andsuggestions were also discussed in this paper. |
