Study on Kinship and Social Structure Revealed by Pre-Shang Cemetery Discovered at Liuzhuang Site,Hebi

The layout of The Liuzhuang Cemetery in Hebi city are divided into five levels in east-west symmetry.It’s axis is consistent with direction of graves and building in the Shang Dynasty,showing domestic relation of five levels established by ethnic groups in pre-Shang,Forth Phase of Bai Yan and Dongxiafeng.It also shows that the ethnicity of the people of Forth Phase of Bai Yan culture is the Yousong Clan.According to study of social stratification,social organization of grave groupe serves as a geographically dual-structured organization based on domestic relation,featuring social stratification.It considered that in phase of Erlitou domestic relation and etiquette authoritativeness were significant social control.
