鲁山望城岗冶铁遗址汉代植物大遗存浮选分析

2019年,在河南省鲁山县望城岗冶铁遗址发掘的汉代遗迹土样中,共浮选出炭化植物种子31粒,其中农作物遗存包括粟和小麦,杂草类种子涉及马齿苋、苋属、藜和蓼属.出土的炭化农作物遗存从一定程度上反映了从事生铁冶铸手工业者的饮食结构,以粟与小麦此类旱地作物为主,构成较为单一.

Floatation Analysis of Plant Macro-remains of Han Dynasty Excavated from Iron Smelting andCasting Site,Wangchenggang Site,in Lushan County

In 2019,flotation work was carried out at the Wangchenggang site,Lushan,Henan.A total of 31 carbonized seeds were recovered from the samples dating to the Han Dynasty.The carbonized seeds consist of crops such as millet and wheat,together with weed seeds including Portulaca oleracea、Amaranthus sp..Polygonum sp.and Chenopodium album.To some extent,the recovery of such plant remains shed light on the diet structure of the people who has engaged in iron smelting,it also indicates that people at Wangchenggang back in the Han Dynasty eat a relatively simple diet,which is dominated by dry land crops including millet and wheat.
