论姚启圣对郑氏集团的招抚

自清军入关以来，郑氏集团就一直是活跃在东南沿海的一股重要的抗清力量，清廷对其或剿或抚，或剿抚并用，以求将其彻底收服。姚启圣在任福建总督期间，武力征服之余，非常注重对郑氏集团的招抚。在招抚政策的制定，招抚工作的实施，以及投诚人员的安插等方面做了大量的工作。这从一定程度上削弱和瓦解了郑氏集团，为施琅出兵澎台，清廷顺利统一台湾做出了不可磨灭的历史贡献。

Discussion of Yao Qi- sheng' Offering Amnesty and Enlistmen to Zheng Group

Zheng Group was an important active force of repelling Qing dynasty in the southeast coastal area even since Qing's Invading.In order to conquer Zheng Group completely,the Qing Govern- ment used means such as suppressing,offering amnesty and enlistment and combing of the first two. When Yao Qi-sheng was the Fu Jiang province's governor,except conquering by force,he paid more attention to the offering amnesty and enlistment to Zheng Group's followers and did many specific work on the policy's setting and work's actualizing and the surrenders planting.This disintegrated and weak- ened the Zheng Group in certain extent and had offered indelible contribution to troops dispatching to Peng Hu by Shi Lang and the successful unification of Tai Wan by Qing Government.
