| 摘 要： | 在清末的国际医学会议中,中国医界参加美国军医大会最早、最多。从无人可派到派员参会并考察列国,从旁观会议到参与评议、发表论文,清末中国军医参加美国军医大会的历程,不仅是中国军医迈上渴求现代知识台阶的一步,也是中国官办医学发展并走上国际舞台、适应国际场合的一步。参会的中国军医一方面带回前沿的军医知识,促进了中国军队医疗卫生建设,另一方面向国际医学界报告了中国军医发展的状况。通过与国际接轨,清政府建立了近代医疗卫生行政体制。军医为主的官办西医主导了参与国际会议、建立卫生机构等官方医疗卫生行政事务,体现了中医与西医在近代转型中的权势消长。 |
