建国初期中国共产党巩固执政基础的历史考察

A Historical Investigation of the CPC's Consolidation of the Foundation of Its Governance in the Early Years of New China

Strengthening the Party's class base, expanding its mass base and maintaining the flesh-and-blood ties between the Party and the people are the key links for the Communist Party of China to consolidate its foundation of governance. In the early years of New China, centering on this central task the Party did a lot in the Party building and the construction of governing environment, which consolidated the Party's mass base, organizational base, material base and ideological and cultural base, providing useful experience for the Party to draw on today in its efforts to build up its governing capacity.
