| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of work traits in hotels and the researched and industrial practices of the authors, the paper proposes the view of Happy Work. It also expounded in detail three strategies for creating happy working environment for hotel employees including creating a pleasant and relaxing working environment, establishing a well-regulated management order and maintaining friendly interpersonal relations. |
