摘    要:本文根据饭店工作的特点及笔者的调研与工作实践,提出了快乐工作的观点,并详细阐述了营造饭店快乐工作环境氛围的三大策略:创造宽松适度的工作空间;建立井然有序的管理秩序;构建友好温馨的人际关系。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of work traits in hotels and the researched and industrial practices of the authors, the paper proposes the view of Happy Work. It also expounded in detail three strategies for creating happy working environment for hotel employees including creating a pleasant and relaxing working environment, establishing a well-regulated management order and maintaining friendly interpersonal relations.
