| Abstract: | Kimimasa Yuri was a famous financier in the early MeijiAge. He was in charge of financial work at the time and played a key role in transiting Japan from a feudal society to a modern capitalist one though he had very great financial difficulties to deal with at the time. The historical pre-conditions which he faced were one of the decisive factors that establishes his historical place. |
