| 摘 要： | 制度创新与发展是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要条件。因为,制度的本质在于形式合理性和实质公正性,当制度的合理性和合法性受到质疑时,制度就可能发生变迁,只有通过制度将利益关系调整至均衡状态时,制度才有可能重新处于均衡状态。制度正是在不断完善和创新中实现社会价值合理性分配的。中国特色的社会主义制度创新是逐渐形成的过程,只有不断改革开放,才能使社会主义制度不断创新,才能更好地发挥社会主义制度的优越性。
