“始作俑”新解

历代学对孔子所说的“始作俑,其无后乎”这句话的诠释都与孔子的思想相抵牾,也不合于历史真实。根据对考古材料、古字材料的分析,结合献,我们对该句重新作出解释,认为“俑”之本义当是杀人以殉。

Studies of archaeological finds.archaism and literature indicate that this phrase has another explanation,for the term YONG originally means practicing human sacrifices.
